Do I need to be home during the service?
Not necessarily! As long as we have access to the areas that need cleaning, you don’t have to be present. We’ll notify you when we arrive and provide updates as we work.
What if it rains after my windows are cleaned?
We offer an Unlimited Rain Touch-Up Guarantee for our Monthly and Quarterly window cleaning clients. If rain affects your clean windows, we’ll touch them up for free!
How often should I schedule window cleaning or pressure washing?
Window Cleaning: Every 1-3 months for homes, more frequently for businesses. Pressure Washing: At least once a year for homes, or more often for high-traffic areas.
Do you use chemicals in your cleaning process?
